FADE FOR WOMEN & CAREGIVERS

FADE for Women
• 20% of all pregnant women drink enough alcohol to put their babies at risk for
   FASD

• Opportunities for learning the facts about alcohol use and pregnancy and
   discussing options

• Support for women in treatment and recovery
What every Woman needs to know:

• Alcohol is alcohol-beer, wine, and wine coolers pose the same risk as hard
   liquor

• Rich or poor, urban or suburban-drinking during pregnancy can cause FASD

• Every baby is unique-drinking during pregnancy is always a risk
